Thank you for shopping with Klyras! We are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. To maintain high standards and transparency, we have established a structured and fair policy for cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is different from what you ordered, we take complete responsibility to fix it.

Resolution: We will promptly dispatch a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.

Mandatory Requirement: To help us process your claim quickly, a clear, uncut unboxing video recorded while opening the package must be shared.

2. Size Adjustments & Exchange Process
We want you to get the perfect fit! If you need a different size for the same product, we offer a hassle-free exchange under the following guidelines:

How to Initiate: Email your exchange request to klyrasindia@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Logistics: Since we do not offer reverse pickup services currently, customers are requested to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Important Instructions: Please place the original shipping label inside the package and share the courier tracking number with us immediately after dispatch.

Exchange Fee: A standard logistics, handling, and restocking fee of Rs. 299 applies to all size exchanges.

Dispatch: Once the returned item passes our quality check (must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging), and the logistics fee is received, your new size will be shipped out.

Note: One exchange is permitted per order for the same product of equal value.
3. Credit Notes for Unavailable Sizes
In case your requested exchange size is temporarily out of stock, we don't want you to lose out! We will issue a Credit Note/Store Credit of the full product value, which will be valid and redeemable on our website for 3 days from the date of issue.
4. Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change your mind, please note our cancellation windows:

COD Orders: Can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at klyrasindia@gmail.com.

Prepaid Orders: Once a prepaid order is confirmed, it enters immediate processing and cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Product Variations & Sale Items

Color & Details: We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, minor variations (around 10-12%) may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolutions, or minor craft differences. Such variations, or material dissatisfaction, are not eligible for exchanges.

Sale/Promotional Items: Products purchased during special sales, clearout events, or using specific promotional offers are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchange.
